Just like other regular quartz only this contains Chlorite.

Chlorite is a form of green mica. These quartz crystals may have chlorite phantoms inside, showing the growth pattern and habit of the crystal through the phantoms. Other times they are coated in chlorite on the outside, or containing it all the way through the crystal.
