Bornite

Bornite, also known as peacock ore, is a sulfide mineral with chemical composition Cu5FeS4 that crystallizes in the orthorhombic system (pseudo-cubic). Bornite is used as an ore for copper, and was named after a Ignaz Von Born a Transylvanian scientist who put together the world’s first public Natural History museum.
